When you purchase a support ticket, you not only receive support from us, but also the professional assistance you have come to expect. Our dedicated team specialises in helping you quickly and efficiently with all questions and problems relating to your devolo dLAN products. Whether it’s setting up, configuring or troubleshooting – we are there for you.

Procedure after purchasing a support ticket

Please use the comments field directly when purchasing to submit your support enquiry in a short message with a maximum of 1000 characters.

Support will then contact you with a solution or a query. If a defect is found on your device during the analysis, you will receive a suitable offer for a refurbished device in our online shop.
